Wacky Warehouse offers a decent play area for kids, keeping them entertained. It’s a fairly spacious venue, which could be appealing for family gatherings, although that depends on what you’re after.
The restaurant experience felt neglected. tables were sticky and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. We fiddled with a bathroom door that fit poorly, leading to frustrating moments. Some amenities, like the table lamps in the sleep area, lacked brightness, making it tougher to unwind. Our room, though intended for two, didn't accommodate tall guests well, and the lack of air conditioning made for uncomfortable conditions during hot spells. Finally, the TV setup presented issues, as I couldn't catch any games due to limited channels , especially with a big match on. it's a place with potential, but several areas need a solid upgrade to reach a suitable standard.

Wacky Warehouse play area, engaging staff interactions, location near attractions like The Deep
The decor is painfully outdated!!! Neglected maintenance issues like broken window latches, malfunctioning bathroom lights, and poorly organized dining events need serious attention!!! Guests deserve much better than what’s currently available.

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights in a Double Room. Dinner was a hit with perfect chicken parmigiana, and my husband enjoyed the beef lasagne. The decor definitely felt upgraded, and the vibe was nice and relaxing. Ample parking made it easy to explore the area, which we really appreciated.
Felt very special, no complaints at all.

Had an amazing stay with my family! The kids loved the pool area and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden lounge. Just a heads up, the bath needed a grab rail since it was a bit slippery, but that didn’t take away from our awesome time! 🌟

The atmosphere at Kingstown really stood out. The decor felt cozy and inviting. My room had a comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed the breakfast selection. there were plenty of options for both hot and cold dishes. Unfortunately, the lighting in the room was a bit dim, which made it hard to read or work comfortably. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, leaving me frustrated. I noticed a few worn spots on the carpet that could use some attention. Service at the bar was friendly, but it took longer than expected to get my order. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions. In general, I'd say the staff were warm but seemed stretched, which affected response times on occasion.
